Ready to equip your students…

with the tools to overcome obstacles, graduate and live their best life?

I want you to know that it’s possible!

It’s no secret that we wear so many hats…

As educators, we wear so many hats because the success of our students relies on so many factors. We worry that students can become disengaged, unmotivated, struggle with imposter syndrome, procrastination and not use their resources.

I want you to know that you are not alone on this journey to helping your students succeed!

What if we could just pause for a moment and gather (virtually or face to face, of course!) to have some fun while engaging your students and showing them what it takes for them to reach their goals and turn their dreams into a reality?

Well, we can!

You choose the time and the place and I'll bring the energy and the message to fire your students up and help them to develop the habits that lead to success in school, work and life!

Here are just some of the engaging and action oriented messages being delivered to students right now…

Student Success

This presentation teaches students how to graduate from school and reach any other goal even when life gets in the way. Imposter syndrome kicks in, and they don't feel academically prepared.

Becoming Financially Savvy

This presentation exposes students to some of the basic but crucial financial literacy concepts that EVERY student should know and practice starting today. We’ll prepare your students to not become a statistic.

Leadership

This presentation helps students to recognize their own ability to lead, advocate and build upon the leadership skills they already have. New to leadership or not, this is a great conversation and experience to have.

Student Success:

Everyone’s path to success is different…

...but the tools to get us there are pretty universal. I wish I knew this before I stepped foot on my college campus. It sure would have saved me time, tears, and frustration.

This presentation teaches students how to graduate from school and reach any other goal even when life gets in the way. Imposter syndrome kicks in, and they don't feel academically prepared.

Students will learn what it takes to persist, be resourceful, and overcome the obstacles that can get in their way; as they navigate through college.

Students leave this experience:

  • Knowing how to use this one thing that'll support their efforts to reach all of their goals

  • Discovering how to bounce back and move forward when life throws them a curveball

  • Learning why this tool is a game-changer for college and their future

  • Identifying how to craft the vision they want for their life

Becoming Financially Savvy:

Navigating our finances is much like playing a serious game of chess….

If you don't make the right moves from the beginning, you leave yourself vulnerable to attack, also known as debt, poverty, living paycheck to paycheck, paying high-interest rates, and overwhelm.

This presentation exposes students to some of the basic but crucial financial literacy concepts that EVERY student should know and practice, starting today. With student debt continuing to grow and bad money habits leading more people into credit card debt, preparing your students will position them to not become a statistic.

Students leave this experience:

  • Identifying why these two things can make or break their financial decisions and how to improve them.

  • How to start making better financial decisions, even when you’re not making a lot of money.

  • Why becoming and being financially savvy impacts almost everything else in your life.

  • With tools to immediately start taking action.

Leadership: Define, Activate & Engage

What does being a leader mean to you? How does leadership show up in your life?

Believe it or not, it took me a while to consider myself a leader until I really took some time to define leadership and recognize how I embody it each and every day.

This presentation helps students to recognize their own ability to lead, advocate and build upon the leadership skills they already have. New to leadership or not, this is a great conversation and experience for students to reflect and decide how they want to show up on their leadership journey.

Students leave this experience:

  • Defining what leadership means to them

  • Recognizing how these specific traits already position them to be leaders of change

  • Determining how they want to move forward on their unique leadership journey

  • Identifying opportunities within their own home, community, and campus to level up their leadership skills

As a first-generation graduate, I understand the challenges your students are facing.

I grew up the product of a single mother and was raised by my grandmother. With very little direction and a whole lot of trials and tribulations, I became a first-generation graduate, earning a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in School Counseling.

I have worked directly with students for over a decade and like you, the end goal has always been to help students graduate and enter the next chapter of life, equipped to achieve their goals and ultimately, succeed.

I do this through my book "Success Habits: A Student’s Guide To Succeeding In School, Work & Life" as well as through engaging keynotes and workshops that leave students empowered and prepared to take action!

As an educator, you want the best for your students. However, delivering the much needed message of success, leadership, overcoming obstacles, in a fun, energetic, action-oriented way can be challenging. Sometimes it takes hearing the same message a different way before it finally starts to sink in.

I provide that message of success in a new and engaging way to help your students overcome obstacles, graduate with success, and live their very best life.
